Sizzle and Splash BBQ Cook-Off and Festival in Winter Springs
The Wesley Seth Foundation is bringing the Sizzle and Splash BBQ Cook-Off and Festival to Central Winds Park on May 16, 2026. This free community event supports water safety education and drowning prevention efforts across our region.
The Wesley Seth Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting water safety and preventing drowning accidents. Their mission includes educating individuals and communities about water safety practices and providing resources for swimming lessons, life-saving skills, and water safety equipment.

Location: Central Winds Park, Winter Springs
What to Expect
- Food vendors, craft vendors, live performances, basket raffles, adult beverages, and much more are planned throughout the day. Admission is free.
- Dunk Tank
- Come dunk a commissioner. Victoria Bruce will be in the dunk tank from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Three balls for $5.
- Kids Zone
- A Kids Zone is available for $10, featuring bounce houses, slides, an obstacle course, a water slide, arts and crafts, and yard games. Laser tag is available for an additional $5.
Additional Experiences
People’s Choice tasting ($25) and VIP complete tasting experience and tour ($50) are also available. VIP parking is available onsite for $25.
