Winter Springs has seen three consecutive years of crime reduction, with reported incidents falling from 860 in 2023 to 698 in 2025 — a nearly 19% decline. The Winter Springs Police Department maintained an average emergency response time of 3 minutes and 23 seconds in 2025.
