About This Event:
The City of Winter Springs and the Winter Springs Police Department invite community members to join us for our 23rd-anniversary commemoration ceremony honoring the victims and survivors of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. This ceremony will pay tribute to the 2,977 lives lost in New York City, Washington, D.C., and outside of Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

- 8:30 AM: Ceremony begins
- 8:46 AM: Moment of silence observed
