Are you considering running for local office or getting more involved in your community? The Florida Institute for Political Leadership (FIPL) offers non-partisan campaign training to help you get started.
FIPL has found that leaders who have signed the front of a paycheck, not just the back of one, understand the business community the most. And with 2,637 elections for local office in 2024, now is the time to prepare.
FIPL has set five campaign schools throughout Florida for 2024, ranging from Pensacola to Key West. These free training schools are a great opportunity to learn more about running for office or getting involved at the local level.
The dates for the 2024 campaign schools are as follows:
- January 17-18 (North Florida)
- April 9-10 (Central & East Florida)
- June 18-19 (South Florida)
- August 28-29 (West Florida)
- December 10-11 (Northwest Florida)
